The Annex is accessed through its own front door which leads directly into the sitting room. Flat screen TV with a Hi max record-able Free-view.
The log burning stove has glass on three sides and provides additional heat, should it be required, to the underfloor heating, for those long dark winter evenings, or curling up with a good book on a rainy day.
The Annex has a small kitchenette available for use when it is rented as a stand alone unit. This is not extensive, but a sink, fridge, with an ice box for your whisky or G&T, a microwave and twin hob for rustling up a quick snack or breakfast, before a long day spent exploring the beautiful Yorkshire countryside.
There is a seating area for breakfast, or if the weather is fine, then a small table and chairs in the gravel yard means ‘al-fresco’ is an option.
